The Role We’re looking for Life Practitioners and Night Practitioners to join our team at services in Swinderby, Lincoln.

As a Life / Night Practitioner, you’ll play a vital role in supporting children with learning disabilities and complex needs to live independent, fulfilling lives. Your role will include:

Support with day-to-day living and personal goals.

Accompany individuals on community activities such as shopping, meals, and appointments.

Build positive, respectful relationships that promote dignity and wellbeing.

Work closely with colleagues to safeguard and empower the people we support.
