The Role

As Executive Assistant to the CEO, you'll be the ultimate gatekeeper and organizational powerhousemanaging my time, priorities, and communications so I can focus on driving strategic growth. This is a high-impact role where you'll act as my right hand, handling everything from calendar management to project coordination in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ruthlessly manage the CEO's calendar: prioritize high-impact meetings, block focus time, filter requests, and prepare agendas/briefs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact: handle inbound emails, calls, and inquiries; draft responses; and ensure smooth internal/external communication.
  • Track and follow up on key projects: chase action items from meetings, coordinate with team members, compile status updates, and help remove blockers.
  • Provide operational support: arrange travel/logistics, manage expenses, conduct light research, take meeting notes, and suggest process improvements.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion while building strong relationships across the team.

What We're Looking For

  • 2-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Coordinator, or similar role (experience supporting executives or in small/growing companies is a plus).
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detailyou thrive on keeping things structured in a dynamic setting.
  • Proactive mindset: anticipate needs, solve problems independently, and communicate clearly and professionally.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Workspace/Microsoft Office, calendar apps, and project management software (e.g., Monday, Notion).
  • High emotional intelligence, discretion with sensitive information, and a positive, can-do attitude.
