Executive Assistant

Manage a complex and rapidly shifting executive calendar, proactively resolving conflicts and protecting priority time. Coordinate all meeting logistics, prepare agendas and briefing materials, and ensure the executive is fully prepared for every engagement. Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce friction, and introduce better ways of workingleveraging technology, automation, and smart systems. Maintain strong relationships and coordination with direct reports, system leaders, clinical and operational partners, and cross-functional collaborators. Act as a trusted representative of the executive, exercising absolute discretion and sound judgment in all interactions. Operate independently, make informed decisions, and drive work forward without requiring constant direction.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years supporting VP or C-suite in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with absolute discretion.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and accountable; consistently follows through.
  • Continuous improvement orientationcurious, inventive, and always looking for ways to elevate effectiveness.
  • Adaptable and steady under pressure, with strong judgment and the ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity.

Job Type & Location:

This is a contract to hire position based out of Indianapolis, IN.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $43.27/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
