LHH is partnering with one of our top clients to recruit a Senior Administrative Assistant for an urgent need in Indianapolis. This is a fully on-site, contract-to-hire opportunity offering competitive compensation.

About the Role: You will provide high-level administrative support to three senior executives, ensuring organization and timely execution of team deliverables. This role requires professionalism, discretion, and exceptional organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex calendar scheduling
  • Prepare and process expense reports
  • Coordinate travel arrangements as needed
  • Organize catering for meetings
  • Assist with quarterly reporting
