The selected candidate will share time between the two clinics. Position Overview: The Front Office / Medical Assistant is a dual-role position responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience while supporting providers with clinical and administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys beauty, aesthetics, and patient care, and who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused setting. Front Office Responsibilities: Greet and check in patients in a friendly, professional manner Schedule appointments and manage patient flow Answer phones, respond to emails, and handle inquiries Maintain a clean, organized, and calming front desk area Verify patient information and handle basic administrative tasks Support office staff with clerical needs as required Medical Assistant Duties: Take and record vital signs Prepare exam rooms and assist providers during patient visits Clean and stock exam rooms and medical supplies Ensure patient comfort and safety Follow all HIPAA and office protocols Qualifications: Must obtain a Medical Assistant certification Two-year front office or medical office experience Strong communication and multitasking skills Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to maintain patient confidentiality Comfortable using electronic medical records (EMR) systems What we offer: Supportive and professional team environment Competitive pay based on experience PTO and Major Holiday's off Competitive pay based on experience ranging from $16.00 - $21.00 per hour. #J-18808-Ljbffr
