HR Generalist Opportunity

Are you an experienced HR Generalist looking for your next opportunity? Our team is seeking a talented HR professional to join our organization on a contract-to-hire basis. In this dynamic role, you will support various human resources functions, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a point of contact for employee questions and HR-related issues.
• Support recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, interview coordination, and new-hire documentation.
• Assist with benefits administration and open enrollment.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Manage employee records and HRIS data entry.
• Support the performance management process and employee development initiatives.
• Participate in HR projects and continuous improvement efforts as needed.

Details:

• Rate: $32$35 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
• Contract-to-hire opportunity.
• Weekly pay, with access to benefits during contract period.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of HR generalist experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Proficiency with HRIS and MS Office Suite.
