HR Generalist Position

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Seneca, SC. In this role, you will manage various aspects of human resources, including onboarding, compliance, and employee record maintenance. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and a thorough understanding of HR policies and best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring all required tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate compliance screenings and clearances, ensuring timely completion.
• Follow up on missing post-interview documentation to finalize employee records.
• Ensure employee files and documentation comply with federal, state, and agency regulations.
• Present company policies, procedures, and benefits, including retirement plans and insurance options, during new employee orientations.
• Maintain accurate records for compliance items such as IDs, screenings, and insurance documents.
• Track and monitor employee training schedules, sending reminders to ensure timely completion of mandatory trainings.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on employee relations and administration.
• Proven expertise in managing onboarding processes and compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with benefit programs, such as retirement plans and insurance options.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies and regulations at federal and state levels.
• Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) for record-keeping and tracking.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with professionalism.
