Pre-Owned Biller, ( preferably at a dealership)
is essential to dealership operations, responsible for accurate and compliant billing of pre-owned vehicle transactions. This role requires strong CDK experience, attention to detail, and collaboration with accounting and sales teams.
PRE-OWNED BILLER Location:
Grapevine, TX COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE • Pay Range: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour • Full-time, W2 employment • Schedule: Monday–Friday (with occasional overtime as needed)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Process all preowned retail sales using CDK Virtual Biller, ensuring complete and accurate deal documentation. • Audit and verify paperwork for compliance with internal and regulatory standards. • Calculate and verify sales commissions and prepare related journal entries. • Stock in, remit checks, and record vehicle purchases accurately in accounting systems. • Scan and maintain all deal documentation in digital archives for audit readiness. • Research and prepare adjustments to preowned inventory and purchase schedules. • Submit all finance and insurance product paperwork promptly and accurately. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • 2+ years of automotive dealership billing, finance, or business office experience preferred. • CDK (Dealer Management System) experience required. • High school diploma or equivalent required. • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
