Psychiatric - Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

What You?ll Do

• Provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and behavioral health support for residents across eight skilled nursing facilities
• Collaborate with facility teams to create individualized treatment plans
• Deliver consistent follow-up care that improves emotional and psychological well-being

What We?re Looking For

• Active Washington PMHNP or Psych PA license with independent practice and billing capability
• Current Washington DEA registration
• Excellent clinical judgment, documentation, and communication skills
• A passion for improving mental health in post-acute and long-term care settings
