Base pay range: $30.00/hr – $37.00/hr. Rotating schedule – B Night Shift.

Responsibilities

Perform all maintenance related duties including new installations, troubleshooting, welding, etc.

Work from elevated levels, operate mobile equipment, hand and power tools.

Use diagnostic tools, read blueprints, understand pertinent tools.

Diagnose and correct problems; install, repair, inspect, test, calibrate, adjust, maintain, modify, construct, clean, and service.

Electrical, electronic, pneumatic, recording/control systems.

Plan working procedures using prints, drawings, diagrams, manuals, and codes.

Perform layout, assembly, and wiring of component parts in installation, replacement, and repair of systems.

Conduct and record tests such as temperature and combustion surveys.

Erect and remove ladders and scaffolding; operate required material handling equipment/vehicles.

Maintain necessary records and logs such as maintenance work orders, calibration, and calculation records.

Follow all safety rules, company policies, and meet all Monthly Safety Leading Indicator Requirements.

Qualifications

Strong written and oral communication skills; respectful communication.

Minimum 2 years maintenance experience in manufacturing or foundry environment.

PLC experience a plus.

Foundry experience a plus.

Proficiencies

Heavy Equipment Repair.

Mechanical Troubleshooting Skills.

120/208/240/480 Voltage Systems.

Machine Safety Inspections.
