Key Responsibilities
Provide fast, friendly, and professional service to internal and external customers
Answer incoming client calls and efficiently schedule technician appointments
Manage after-hours calls and dispatch on-call technicians as needed
Accurately enter and update client information in our system
Respond to client service inquiries and provide timely updates
Make outbound calls to clients when necessary for scheduling or follow-up
Maintain clear communication with team members to ensure workflow efficiency
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent required
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask and resolve client concerns effectively
Comfortable using basic computer programs and scheduling systems
Professional demeanor and appearance
Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and accountability
Ability to stay calm and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy
