We now have an opening for a commercially minded, hands‑on Shipping & Warehouse Supervisor to support our small yet successful operation in Avondale.
Base pay range $25.00/hr - $30.00/hr

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and complete all shipping documentation accurately and on time
Communicate directly with customers regarding shipping updates and help resolve any issues that arise
Pack products safely and efficiently for outbound shipments
Use the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to receive goods, manage stock, and record inventory movements
Assist with stock allocation, warehouse organization, and picking for production lines
Collaborate with packing and production teams to plan ahead, ensuring product and material availability to support the sales order pipeline
Enter and complete work orders and transactional data in Oracle
Support routine cycle counts, reconciling physical stock with system records
Lead and support a small team of packers, ensuring high standards of accuracy and productivity
Operate a forklift as required
Skills & Experience
Proven experience in a shipping or warehouse role, including hands‑on shipping & receiving duties
Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
Strong understanding of logistics processes, shipping procedures, and warehouse workflows
Experience with stock counts or cycle counting is beneficial
Supervisory experience preferred
Communication skills in spoken and written English
Excellent attention to detail and a quality‑focused work approach
Proficient in MS Office and familiar with MRP/ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle (preferred)
Forklift license preferred
