Location Sioux Falls, SD

Available Shift(s) Must be able to work any shift in a three-shift operation.

1st Shift: 6 AM – 2 PM

2nd Shift: 2 PM – 10 PM

3rd Shift: 10 PM – 6 AM

New employees typically train on days for the first three weeks of work, then transfer to an off shift.

Starting Wage Range $20.18/hr, with increases ranging from $20.50 – $23.92 after 60 days

Primary Duties Include

Operating manufacturing equipment/powered equipment safely and following specific directions

Maintaining a clean work environment

Reading a tape measure and having basic math and computer skills

Working safely and complying with all safety regulations

Pushing, pulling, bending, squatting, reaching, kneeling, and standing for up to 12 hours a day

Lifting up to 50 lbs frequently

Working daily overtime, weekend work and various shifts depending on workload

Willingness to work any available shift

Preferred but not required manufacturing experience

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Strong commitment to working safely

Demonstrated ability to work in a fast‑paced environment

Strong desire to learn manufacturing processes and operate complex machinery
