Base pay range : $20.00/hr - $23.00/hr Dynomax, Inc.
is seeking a
Groundskeeper
to support our three manufacturing facilities in Wheeling. The role includes snow removal and landscaping duties, as well as maintaining facilities and maintenance equipment. Responsibilities
Landscaping the grounds of three properties, including cutting grass, weed whacking, edging, etc. Snow removal from parking lots and walkways Maintain grounds keeping equipment such as mowers, blowers, trimmers, weed whackers, blowers, snow plows etc. Seasonal grounds cleanup such as accumulated fall and winter debris from turf and plant beds, tree ring edging, shoveling and salting sidewalks and parking lots Repair / paint walls and tiles as needed Light plumbing work such as repair minor leaks, replace faucets, unclog drains and toilets, install air lines Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills Good client/customer service skills Ability to communicate concerns and hazards in a timely fashion to a diverse audience Be trained in proper Lock Out Tag Out procedure Benefits
