Job Details

Equipment: PC’s (Agency provided). No Remote Work.

Software: MS Office Suite – Outlook, Excel, Word and our proprietary Web‑based System.

Interview Mode: Short telephone interview (5‑10 min).

Assignment duration: Max. of 780 hours (ends around 2/28).

Work hours: 8:00‑4:30 M‑F.

Lunch period: One hour between the hours of 11:00‑1:30.

Parking: Street Parking and two gravel lots north of the building on the other side of Des Moines St.

Qualifications

HS graduate.

Customer service background with at least 6 months of call center experience with high call volumes.

Mandatory PC experience.

Desired skill: Able to learn information quickly and communicate that information to callers.
