Role Description This is a part to full-time, on-site Marketer position located in Bourbonnais, IL. The Marketer will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our wide range of services. Key duties include managing digital and traditional marketing campaigns, creating engaging social media content, organizing events and collaborating with the team to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Digital Marketing, including social media marketing and email marketing

Skills in Brand Strategy, Campaign Management, and Marketing Planning

Experience in Content Creation, Photo and Video Creation and Editing

Strong organizational, communication, and time management abilities

Familiarity with customer engagement tools and marketing platforms

Experience in the beauty, wellness, or medical spa industry is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
