Position Summary Our Patient Representatives are the backbone of our clinics and have a direct impact on patient experience. They work collaboratively with clinicians and colleagues to provide exceptional patient care and world‑class customer service.
Responsibilities
Greet and check‑in patients
Schedule appointments
Answer incoming phone calls
Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary authorizations
Collect payments
Process new patients
Help the clinic maintain optimal performance
Location Coventry, RI – Rhode Island
Job Details Patient Representative – Full time
Salary: $18–22 per hour

Position Qualifications
1+ years of administrative experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Great time management and ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
Self‑motivated with a drive to exceed patient expectations.
Adaptability and positive attitude with fluctuating workloads.
Eagerness to learn and grow.
Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.
