Our Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) are the first point of contact with our customers. We value commitment to exceptional service, an enthusiastic attitude, and the ability to assist customers through the ordering process. Get Paid to Talk!
In addition to providing exceptional customer service through order taking, CSRs gain valuable experience by assisting with in‑store duties and learning the pizza delivery business. CSRs earn an hourly base pay of $16.00. Great Hours!
CSRs work mostly on weekends and evenings. It is a great after school, second, summer, or part‑time job for anyone looking for part‑time hours. Schedules are flexible; we try to work with you. Opportunities!
This position offers an excellent opportunity to learn the in‑store side and advance into management. Domino’s Pizza promotes from within—most General Managers started as drivers or CSRs. It can lead to the Management Development Program. Minimum requirements: 18 years old, excellent communication skills; computer experience helpful. Must work in a fast‑paced team environment. Physical Requirements
Standing: Most tasks are performed standing. Walking surfaces include ceramic tile “bricks” with linoleum in some food process areas. Work surfaces 36”–48” high. Walking: For short distances, short durations. Delivery personnel travel between store and vehicle and from vehicle to customer. Sitting: Paperwork normally done in an office at a desk or table. Lifting: Bulk product deliveries made twice a week or more, unloaded with a hand truck. Deliveries weigh up to 50 lbs with dimensions up to 3’x1.5’. Carrying: Large cans (3 lbs 7 oz), pizza sauce (up to 30 lbs), trays of dough (12 lbs each, three at a time). Other tasks: Pushing, pulling trays on dollies; climbing stairs or ladders; stooping/bending at pizza assembly; crouching/squatting to stock shelves; reaching up to 72” or down for tasks. Equipment: Use of pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutter, and pizza peel. Qualifications
Valid U.S. employment authorization allowing work in the United States. Friendly demeanor. Works well with others. Works well under stress in a high‑paced environment. Ability to multitask. Able to respond to customer concerns. Ability to follow Team Sharma Domino’s Policies. Teamwork orientation. All store calls must be answered after the first ring.
