Overview Our Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) are the first contact with our customers. We value their commitment to exceptional customer service, enthusiastic attitude, and the ability to assist our customers through the ordering process.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Standing
– Most tasks performed standing; walking surfaces include ceramic tile, linoleum. Work surfaces heights 36"–48".
Walking
– Short distances, short durations. Delivery personnel travel between store and vehicle and to customers.
Sitting
– Paperwork completed at a desk or table.
Lifting
– Bulk deliveries up to 50 lbs, dimensions up to 3’×1.5”. Bulk all lifted with hand truck. Shelves up to 72" high.
Carrying
– Large cans (~3 lbs 7 oz), pizza sauce ~30 lbs, dough trays ~12 lbs each, etc.
Pushing
– Trays on dollies up to 30" requiring up to 7.5 lbs push. Trays may be pulled.
Climbing
– Infrequent ladders or stairs for price change, wash walls, maintenance.
Stooping/Bending
– Forward bending at pizza assembly. Duration 30–45 seconds repeated. Also at front counter and stocking.
Crouching/Squatting
– Occasionally for stocking shelves and cleaning low areas.
Reaching
– Continuous reach up, down, forward. Above 72" for oven controls, etc. Down for scooping, washing dishes.
Machines, Tools, Equipment, Work Aids
– Use of pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD, pizza cutter, peel.
Qualifications
Valid U.S. employment authorization.
Friendly.
Works well with others.
Works well under stress in a high‑paced environment.
Ability to multitask.
Responds to customer concerns.
Can follow Team Sharma Domino’s policies.
Can work effectively as part of a team.
All store calls answered after the first ring.
