Position Summary The Utility Worker is responsible for maintaining kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils, and may be assigned other duties as required by business needs.
Responsibilities • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment. • Wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, and kitchen equipment. • Operate mechanical dishwashing and cleaning equipment. • Follow health and safety regulations and safety procedures. • Maintain inventory of supplies and report shortages. • Work collaboratively with kitchen staff, supervisors, and vendors. • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
High school graduate or GED preferred.
Food Handler's permit required upon hire.
Ability to read, comprehend, and follow written instructions.
Typing and basic computer skills preferred.
