Coordinate food orders between kitchen and servers for timely, efficient service.
Inspect all food items before they leave the kitchen, ensuring quality, presentation, and temperature standards.
Communicate effectively with kitchen and wait staff to address issues or delays.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the expo line and surrounding areas.
Assist in food preparation and plating as needed during high demand.
Monitor and manage order flow during busy periods to minimize wait times.
Support safety and sanitation, following Tumble 22’s food safety and hygiene standards.
