Responsibilities
Coordinate food orders between kitchen and servers to ensure timely and efficient service.
Inspect all food items before they leave the kitchen, ensuring they meet quality, presentation, and temperature standards.
Communicate effectively with kitchen and wait staff to address any issues or delays, making sure orders are accurate and complete.
Assist in food preparation and plating as necessary to meet high‑demand periods or specific order requests.
Monitor and manage the flow of orders during busy periods to minimize wait times and optimize guest satisfaction.
Support the team in maintaining a safe and sanitized workspace, following Tumble 22’s food safety and hygiene standards.
