Position Summary
The Platform Stability organization is dedicated to protecting and enhancing the core experience for Spark Drivers. Our mission is to ensure drivers can easily accept orders, complete deliveries, and receive accurate, timely earnings without hassle. When issues affecting earnings arise, we act fast—detecting problems early, resolving them quickly, and putting measures in place to prevent them from happening again.
Responsibilities
Identify and validate earnings defects using logs, data, contact signals, and live-delivery testing.
Reproduce issues that enable Engineering and Product to understand the root cause and fix confidently.
Conduct research across LMD systems to understand dependency behavior and pinpoint where earnings inaccuracies originate.
Partner cross functionally to ensure quick resolution.
Participate in prioritization forums to help size impact and align on timelines and accountability for remediation.
Bring clarity, structure, and insights to every partner conversation.
Deliver reporting on defect volumes, severity, SLA adherence, and emerging risk themes.
Surface early warning insights to in clear, simple narratives that guide proactive action.
Qualifications
3–5+ years in operations, product operations, platform quality, trust & safety, support operations, or gig/payments environments.
Experience navigating defect management tools and teams (Jira, Airtable, TechPod) and writing clear, reproducible defect narratives.
Strong analytical skills; comfortable interpreting logs, structured data, and unstructured driver feedback.
Ability to collaborate across product, engineering, finance, and support teams with clarity and confidence.

Salary and Compensation The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include stock.
Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field and 2 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area.
