is seeking a qualified professional to join their team in the important role of full-time

Service Assistant . A local candidate is preferred; however, exceptional remote candidates (CST, MST or EST only) would be strongly considered.

This position requires excellent customer service and problem-solving skills which helps the candidate to confidently provide information to the advisor and clients in a reliable, efficient, and professional manner.

Candidate must be extremely organized, detail-oriented and a self-starter.

Ability to do research to answer questions independently

Proficiency in Word and Excel required

Knowledge/Experience:

Series 6/7 FINRA registrations preferred

Customer service experience required

Pershing trading platform and eMoney financial planning software experience preferred

Organizational and time management skills (i.e., ability to manage multiple priorities)

Preferably securities registration with at least 2 years of previous experience in a sales support and service role or the equivalent combination of education and experience for the right candidate

Responsibilities:

Responsible for client contact which includes communication by phone and email

Clients servicing to include general account inquiries, account changes, distributions, allocation changes, beneficiary changes, account updates, etc.

Investment Research and Trading

Client appointment preparation (running performance reports)

Assistance with scheduling client appointments via our scheduling software

Monitor incoming and outgoing mail

Document client interactions via our Client Relationship Management (CRM) system (Redtail and potentially Salesforce)

Prepare and submit client paperwork and financial transactions

Prepare and process paperwork for new & existing business on the Pershing platform for investments, and direct with other investment and insurance companies

Respond to and correct paperwork not in good order

Other projects and tasks as assigned

Software Used:

eMoney, Redtail (CRM) and potentially Salesforce, MS Outlook, Excel, and Word, Morningstar
