CL&D Graphics is seeking candidates for the Press Assistant role, offering $20+ per hour plus a $2,000 sign‑on bonus.
Position Overview
We are a 24/7 flexographic printing operation with day and night shifts, 5:00 AM‑5:00 PM or 5:00 PM‑5:00 AM. No swing or rotating shifts. Responsibilities
Take direction from Press Operator. Coordinate duties with Operator to minimize waste and downtime. General cleaning. Prepare for upcoming jobs. Retrieve ink from inventory. Stage ink and plates. Retrieve and cut cores as needed. Empty waste bins as needed. Follow all applicable instructions relative to GMPs. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications
Prior experience not required; training will be provided. Work effectively in an active team environment. Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds. Differentiate colors. Perform basic arithmetic and read a ruler to 1/32 of an inch. Benefits
