STARTING PAY OF $16.00-$19.00 PER HOUR BASED ON EXPERIENCE!

Customer Service Representative
to join our team! In this role, you will assist customers by providing information, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience. As a
Customer Service Representative , you will communicate via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
Provide product and service information to assist customers
Troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution
Maintain accurate records and follow company policies.
Requirements
Previous experience as a
Customer Service Representative
preferred
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
Comfortable assisting customers outside of a
call center
environment
