We are currently seeking a Fixed Route NTD Transit Data Manager to join our team, ensuring that our transport data systems are accurate, consistent, and in compliance with National Transit Database (NTD) standards. This role is critical in shaping the efficiency and effectiveness of our fixed route operations across North America, enhancing our ability to deliver safe and reliable transportation solutions. Manage the collection, analysis, and reporting of fixed route transit data for submission to the National Transit Database. Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular audits and validations. Develop and implement data management policies and procedures in alignment with NTD requirements. Coordinate with IT and operations departments to streamline data collection and reporting processes. Prepare and present reports on transit performance metrics to senior management and external stakeholders. Respond to NTD inquiries and participate in audits as required. Train and supervise team members on NTD reporting procedures and data compliance. Stay updated with federal regulations and updates related to transit data reporting. Proficiency in database management and data analysis software Strong understanding of NTD reporting standards Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently under tight deadlines Strong communication and presentation skills Leadership and team management skills Certification in Data Management (e.g., CDMP) is preferred Training in National Transit Database (NTD) reporting is highly desirable
