We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Project Manager to lead the execution of high-visibility, cross-functional ecommerce initiatives. This role is critical to ensuring transparency in project prioritization, execution status, risks, and dependencies, while driving the successful delivery of innovative ecommerce solutions. The ideal candidate will bring a track record of managing complex projects and leveraging data-driven insights to optimize project execution and quality. Project Prioritization & Communication: Ensure clarity on project priorities, execution progress, risks, and mitigation plans through regular updates to stakeholders. Execution Excellence: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of ecommerce and IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Budget management: Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and effective cost control. Risk & Issue Management: Conduct project pre- and post-mortem analysis, proactively identify risks and challenges, escalate issues and roadblocks in a timely manner, develop actionable mitigation plans, and resolve issues effectively to keep projects on track. Dependency Coordination: Manage cross-functional dependencies to ensure alignment and avoid delays in execution. Project Management Tools: Leverage advanced project management tools to create actionable dashboards and visualizations that provide real-time insights into project performance and portfolio health. Data-Driven Optimization: Use data insights to assess project execution, identify improvement opportunities, and enhance process quality. Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with teams across product, technology, marketing, sales, operations, and external vendors to align efforts and deliver results. Establish and maintain a regular meeting cadence, co-leading and facilitating key meetings (i.e., project kickoffs, status updates, stakeholder check-ins, etc.) Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation, develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on key metrics and project outcomes to stakeholders and leadership. Change management: Lead and provide strategic direction to vendors, partners, and relevant internal stakeholders on platform changes, ensuring smooth and successful implementation. Continuous improvement: Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance the ecommerce platform by implementing new tools and best practices, driving improved efficiency, outcomes, and vendor and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years of project management experience in ecommerce or IT, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked in B2B or B2C ecommerce environments. Project Management Tools Expertise: Proficiency in tools like Jira, Asana, Monday, Smartsheet, or similar platforms, with a strong ability to create portfolio-level visualizations and reports. Strong skills in budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation to ensure projects stay within scope and budget. Attention to Detail: You sweat the small stuff because it matters. People love working with you because they know you hold yourself and them accountable to deliver every day. Analytical Mindset: Demonstrated ability to use data insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement. Leadership Skills: Proven success in managing cross-functional teams and facilitating collaboration in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Risk & Dependency Management: Experience in identifying, communicating, and mitigating risks while managing interdependencies across teams. Change Management: Proven experience in managing change across teams, processes, and systems in a high-growth and/or rapidly changing environment. Agile and Scrum methodologies: Experience in applying Agile and Scrum methodologies to manage projects, including iterative development, frequent feedback loops, and continuous improvement. Education: Bachelors degree in business, technology, or a related field. PMP certification or similar qualifications are a plus.
SALARY RANGE INFORMATION
The range displayed on each job posting reflects the targeted base salary for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

$125,000 - $150,000 annual base salary
