About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail‑oriented Executive Assistant to provide high‑level administrative and operational support to our Executive Team. This role is essential to keeping leadership aligned, organized, and focused in a fast‑paced, in‑person environment. The ideal candidate is resourceful, professional, and comfortable handling important information while anticipating needs and solving problems independently.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate site evaluations for the Executive Team
Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, proposals, and leadership materials
Take meeting notes and track follow‑ups, action items, and deadlines
Handle information with professionalism and sound judgment
Support executive initiatives, special projects, and research
Provide on‑site, day‑to‑day support to leadership and office operations
Travel onsite to client locations to map and design security systems based on direction from leadership
Qualifications
Strong organizational, time‑management, and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
High level of professionalism and sound judgment
Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, scheduling tools, and working with an iPad
Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and thrive in a fast‑paced, in‑person environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting executive teams
Familiarity with CRM systems, security systems, or technical sales environments
Project management or operations experience
