Senior Healthcare Associate at Pride Health Entry Level Phlebotomist assignment 4-6 months with possibility of extension or conversion. Location Cutler Bay, FL 33157. Base Pay Range $15.00/hr – $17.75/hr Job Details Duration: 4-6 months contract (Possibilities of extension) Shift: M-F 5:30am-1:00pm / Saturday 6:00am-10:00am Payrate: $17.75/hr (W2) Responsibilities Ability to handle patients with care and compassion while assisting with check‑ins in the lobby via self‑service kiosk or handheld tablet Be willing to learn phlebotomy skills during downtime or breaks that need to be covered Once phlebotomy skills are obtained, perform both forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing duties with confidence, following established practices and procedures High level of customer‑service experience/skills required – this is critical to the heart of the role Required Education High school diploma or equivalent required. Work Experience Minimum 1-2 years client‑facing customer service required (Retail, Home Health Aide, etc.) Prior phlebotomy experience is NOT required. Keyboard / data entry experience a must.
