Valnet is on the lookout for a Corporate Recruiter to be an integral part of the recruitment process. Are you highly motivated, and dedicated to achieving great results? Reporting to the Head, Human Capital, you will attract and hire top talent.
Responsibilities
Source and interview candidates.
Publish roles on various job boards.
Support hiring managers and fulfill talent requests.
Proactively build talent and nurture pipelines for various brands and portfolios.
Maintain strong relationships with prospective candidates.
Work collaboratively with the wider team.
Additional duties as assigned by the manager.
Requirements
3‑5 years as a talent acquisition advisor hiring for high‑value roles.
Experience in the online publishing industry is considered an asset.
Ability to multitask, set priorities, and meet multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
Ability to work effectively on a team and independently.
Excellent communication, negotiation, project management, and organizational skills.
Extremely detail and results oriented.
Interest in Valnet's brands and content.
Professional designation is considered an asset.
