Executive/Personal Assistant to CEO of Family Office Perform secretarial work and provide CEO with day-to-day administrative support.
Responsibilities
Act as a gatekeeper to the CEO.
Take accurate phone messages and make sure all messages are given in a timely manner.
Make travel arrangements for the CEO and his family.
Ad hoc projects.
Liaise with property managers/housekeepers.
General administrative tasks, including filing, copying, typing.
Handle requests and queries appropriately and timely.
Executive Assistant Skills and Qualifications Discretion and confidentiality
Written and verbal communication skills
Scheduling
Computer software skills including Microsoft Office
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Education and Experience Requirements Three to five years of administrative experience
Three to five years of executive assistant/personal assistant experience
