Executive/Personal Assistant to CEO of Family Office Perform secretarial work and provide CEO with day-to-day administrative support. Responsibilities Act as a gatekeeper to the CEO. Take accurate phone messages and make sure all messages are given in a timely manner. Make travel arrangements for the CEO and his family. Ad hoc projects. Liaise with property managers/housekeepers. General administrative tasks, including filing, copying, typing. Handle requests and queries appropriately and timely.
