Candidate will begin fully on-site. 2-3 rounds of Zoom interviews will take place the first week of January, except 1/7/2026. Heavy calendar management and booking travel are a necessity for this role.
Firm Risk Management (FRM) supports Brokerage to achieve its business goals by partnering with business units across the Firm to realize efficient risk‑adjusted returns, acting as a strategic advisor to the Board and protecting the Firm from exposure to losses as a result of credit, market, liquidity, model and other risks.
This role will reside within Firm Risk Management’s Chief Operating Office (COO), which is comprised of several global teams that partner across risk areas to deliver strategic and regulatory‑driven initiatives. The Executive Assistant will support Risk COO executives in general office duties, calendar management, and office workflow. In addition, the candidate will provide administrative and team support to the overall department.
12‑month contract Rate: $30/hr w2 without benefits
Primary Responsibilities
Maintain executives’ calendar, schedule all meetings and conference calls, field e‑mails and phone calls requesting meetings, handle meeting conflicts and prioritize issues
Coordinate all related conference rooms including any catering, audio/video conference set‑up
Make domestic and international travel arrangements, including logistics as needed
Prepare, submit, and monitor expense reports and vendor payments for team members
Manage other miscellaneous administrative activities including technology requests, onboarding new employees, preparing copies, managing supplies, coordinating equipment needs, reviewing and distributing incoming mail, and maintaining a fully functioning work area for the team
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years experience in an Executive Administrative Assistant role
High level of professionalism and business etiquette
Tact and good judgment in confidential situations and experience interacting with senior management
The ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of stakeholders, both written and verbally
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook
Knowledge of general office procedures (e.g., correspondence, scheduling, expenses, calendar management)
An interest in working in a fast‑paced environment
Able to take independent initiative within areas of responsibility
