Join the team as a Restaurant Manager at Tc4 & Co Hospitality . Base pay range: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year. Responsibilities Oversee FOH & BOH operations to ensure guest service & food quality standards are upheld at all times. Minimize operating costs, boost employee retention, and deliver a positive dining experience for guests. Work within opening hours, including weekends and holidays. Requirements 2+ years of experience as a Restaurant Assistant Manager or similar experience in the hospitality industry preferred. Familiarity with restaurant management software, like Aloha/Toast. Good math and reporting skills. Customer service attitude. Communication and team management abilities. Availability to work within opening hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends).
