Remote Job - Sales & Recruiting at gpac
Base pay range: $32,500.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr
Base salary begins $35,568 annually (paid $1,482.00 twice monthly). You will also have the opportunity to earn commissions ranging from $40k to $500k+ annually, not capped.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates
Partner with clients to assist in filling urgent positions
Connect clients with qualified candidates resulting in placements
Proficient use of recruiting tools and materials
Cold call, qualify, screen, and prep candidates and clients for interviews and assist in the negotiation of job offers
Conduct reference checks on candidates
Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Consistently perform high outbound activity to source clients and candidates
Comfortable establishing relationships over the phone
Act with integrity, confidentiality, and an ethical mindset
Effective negotiation skills
A degree is preferred but not required
Successful completion of gpac training and all training requirements
