The ideal candidate brings 4+ years of experience, strong communication skills, and hands‑on Salesforce expertise to manage projects, reporting, and executive operations in a fast‑paced environment. Responsibilities Manage executive calendars, meetings, travel, and expenses. Coordinate cross‑functional projects and track deliverables and timelines. Maintain and optimize Salesforce records, dashboards, and reports. Prepare presentations, summaries, and briefing materials for leadership. Liaise between executives, internal teams, and external partners. Support documentation, communication, and follow‑up across initiatives. Qualifications 4+ years of experience supporting executives or managing projects. Proficiency in Salesforce , Microsoft Office, and/or Google Workspace. Excellent organization, time management, and written communication skills. High attention to detail and discretion with confidential information.
