Pain Specialists of Oregon is looking for a part time or per diem x-ray technologist to work in our procedure suite. Fluoroscopy experience required. Competitive wages upon inquiry.
*Job Description:* This position serves the patients, providers and other support staff by operating the radiology equipment during our procedures and helping the physician with set-up for each procedure. Requires manual and finger dexterity and eye-hand coordination for operation of all department equipment. Lifts and carries items weighing up to 50 pounds. Assists patients to place them in appropriate positions for the procedure. Participate in professional development activities and maintain professional affiliations. Maintain strictest confidentiality. Ongoing customer service training. Perform other duties as assigned.
*EDUCATION:* Satisfactory completion of formal radiologic technology training in an AMA approved (two-year) school and meets the requirements for registry by the ARRT. Current certification with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). Current Oregon license in diagnostic radiography. Healthcare provider level CPR certification required.
