A specialist role in cardiac catheterization requires precision, technical expertise, and patient-focused care. This opportunity is for an experienced Electrophysiology (EP) Technologist certified as an RCES or RCIS to support critical cardiovascular procedures in a well-equipped cardiac cath lab setting. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and maintain the Cardiac Cath Lab for invasive cardiac procedures, ensuring proper equipment setup and sterile technique. Perform hemodynamic monitoring and control room duties with a strong knowledge of EP and cardiovascular technology. Analyze invasive and noninvasive cardiac tests, recognizing the need for further interventions and communicating findings to physicians. Conduct and monitor cardiac stress tests, adhering to radiation safety protocols to protect patients and staff. Complete patient catheterization reports accurately following procedures. Transport patients safely within the department as necessary. Perform additional duties to support the cardiology team and patient care needs. Qualifications and Experience: Certification as Registered Cardiovascular Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES) or Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) is required. Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications must be current or obtained within 90 days of start. Must obtain a North Dakota Medical Imaging License through the Imaging and Radiation Therapy Board within 12 months of hire. Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in an EP or cardiac cath lab role. Proven ability to work day shifts with occasional open-ended late shifts. Strong attention to detail, clinical judgment, and teamwork skills. Schedule: Day shifts available: 8 or 10-hour shifts, 36-40 hours per week No weekend, holiday, or on-call duties Location:Situated in the charming city of Larimore, North Dakota, this role offers a peaceful small-town environment with a friendly community.
