A healthcare professional with expertise in electrophysiology technology is needed to support cardiac catheterization procedures in a well-equipped cardiac cath lab. This role involves preparing the lab, assisting with procedures, and ensuring patient comfort and safety throughout the diagnostic and interventional processes. Location:

Key Responsibilities: Prepare the cardiac cath lab with appropriate supplies and equipment for procedures Perform hemodynamic monitoring and manage control room activities during cardiac catheterizations Correlate invasive and noninvasive test results to assist physicians in determining further clinical interventions Maintain sterile technique and adhere to radiation safety protocols to protect patients and staff Conduct and monitor patient stress tests to evaluate cardiac function Complete patient catheterization reports and document clinical findings accurately Support departmental needs with additional duties as required Qualifications and Certifications: Registered Cardiovascular Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES) or Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) certification required North Dakota Medical Imaging License must be obtained within 12 months of hire Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications current or obtained within 90 days of hire Minimum of 2 years experience in EP technology or related cardiac catheterization roles Ability to work 8- or 10-hour shifts, Monday through Friday; no weekends or holiday shifts required Commitment to safety, sterilization, and patient care excellence Schedule: 36-40 hours per week, day shifts with occasional open-ended late shifts No on-call, weekends, or holiday responsibilities This is a contract opportunity offering a chance to work exclusively on weekday day shifts, allowing for a balanced professional and personal life. xsgimln If you possess the required certifications and experience in cardiac electrophysiology, apply to enhance your career in a supportive clinical environment.
