The Director of Operations will oversee multiple outpatient physical therapy clinics within a designated region. This role is responsible for driving operational performance, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and supporting clinical teams to achieve strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and operational oversight for a number of clinics within multiple locations Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure alignment with organizational objectives Develop and implement strategies to achieve financial, clinical, and patient satisfaction goals Collaborate with clinical leadership to enhance quality of care and optimize workflows Drive growth initiatives, including new clinic openings and community outreach
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations; outpatient physical therapy experience strongly preferred Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and P&L management Proven ability to manage multi-site operations and lead diverse teams Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
