Owner DVM Opportunity

Novaris Search is currently partnered with a leading and very fast growing veterinary group in the search for a DVM who is seeking ownership responsibility. This position will require clinical practice in an already established or new practice, key focus on GP and supporting other clinicians and support staff to build a strong team within the hospital. Responsibilities: Mentoring DVMs Oversee the medical operations in the veterinary clinic to ensure a high level of care is delivered Organizes and conducts regular doctor and team meetings Mentor, lead and develop new graduates and clinical teams Develop and evaluate medical SOPs Daily clinical practice Requirements: Doctor of Veterinary Medicine or equivalent +3 years clinical experience 1+ years of Leadership Experience preferred Ability to build strong relationships with Associates in the hospital If you feel you are suitable for this role please apply below.
