Manage the Entire Process from Sale to Installation of Windows
Required Skills
Detail-oriented with strong multi-tasking abilities.
Exceptional communication skills; comfortable handling concerns with homeowners, installers, and subcontractors.
Must be Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Responsibilities
Manage and resolve issues involving homeowners, installers, and subcontractors.
Manage and document on-site punch list walkthroughs across window installations, coordinating corrections and final approvals.
Order window materials and ensure timely delivery.
Schedule installations with installers, subcontractors, and homeowners.
Handle issues related to homeowners, installations, installers, and subcontractors.
Experience
5+ years of project management experience with windows and doors.
Residential window installation experience improvement.
