GENERAL SUMMARY
The Central Supply Coordinator is responsible for maintaining accurate, confidential resident medical records and managing medical supplies and equipment for Rolling Green Village. This role supports nursing and clinical staff by ensuring documentation compliance and the availability of necessary supplies to deliver safe, efficient resident care.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES Medical Records
Maintain, organize, and secure resident medical records in compliance with HIPAA and facility policies
Ensure medical records are complete, accurate, and updated in a timely manner
Assemble, audit, and file admission, discharge, and transfer documentation
Track and manage physician orders, consents, and required regulatory forms
Assist with record requests, audits, and surveys while maintaining confidentiality
Prepare medical records for internal reviews, inspections, or regulatory agencies
Archive and dispose of records according to retention policies
Central Supply
Order, receive, store, and distribute medical and clinical supplies
Maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate stock and prevent shortages
Monitor expiration dates and rotate stock appropriately
Maintain supply logs and track usage
Coordinate equipment maintenance, cleaning, and repairs as needed
Work with vendors and purchasing to obtain supplies in a cost-effective manner
