They are seeking TWO professional Executive Assistants.

Position: Executive Assistant (2)

Salary: Up to $75,000

Location: Houston, TX

Schedule: MondayFriday | Full-Time

Work Environment: On-site

Position Summary

The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership in a dynamic professional office environment. This role requires strong organizational skills, sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced setting while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including complex calendar management, scheduling, and coordination
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries
  • Prepare, format, print, scan, bind, and assemble documents and presentations
  • Manage incoming mail, prioritize correspondence, and coordinate courier and FedEx shipments
  • Answer and screen phone calls professionally
  • Assist with expense reporting and administrative documentation
  • Provide backup administrative support to other team members as needed
  • Assist with office operations, including restocking supplies and maintaining shared workspaces
  • Support special projects and additional responsibilities as assigned

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2+ years of administrative or executive support experience in a professional office environment
  • College degree preferred or equivalent corporate experience
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook (calendar, email, and contact management)
  • Exceptional organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
  • High attention to detail with strong follow-through
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive, dependable team player with a flexible and proactive mindset
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and support multiple executives
