Summary Thompson Palm Springs is recruiting for an enthusiastic Restaurant Manager to join the hotel's F&B leadership team.

Responsibilities The Restaurant Manager will support the following food and beverage outlets within the hotel operated by Hyatt which will include:
Lola Rose, Grand Mezze- three meal restaurant & lounge
In-Room Dining- Offering breakfast, lunch & dinner
Responsible for the short- and long-term planning of the restaurant
Ensure effective hiring, training, development and promotion of team
Lead and coach team towards achieving exceptional guest services and colleague satisfaction results
Full understanding of Colleague engagement
Responsible for maintaining a high energy, positive, professional appearance
Plan, coordinate & manage special events and holiday functions
Ability to take the initiative to run the outlets as a free-standing entity
This is an exempt (salaried) role. The budgeted salary range for this position is $60,100 to $87,000 . This is the pay range for this position that Thompson Palm Springs reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors including experience, and education.

Full Time Management Position that requires full flexibility, ability to work weekends and holidays and a varied schedule
Previous Assistant Restaurant Manager or Assistant Food & Beverage Manager or supervisory experience preferred
Proficient computer knowledge, including working knowledge of point of sales systems
Candidates should be extremely detail oriented and organized, have strong leadership skills and possess a strong food and beverage knowledge.
Must possess the following strengths: high energy, entrepreneurial spirit, motivational leader, effective communicator, and effective in providing exceptional customer service
