The Quality Control & Data Integrity Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of accuracy and compliance across all programs. This position demands meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data integrity. Conduct comprehensive case file reviews for all programs, including Choices NCP, Choices TANF, SNAP, TAA, and WIOA Adult/DW/Young Adult, to ensure strict adherence to policies and procedures. Implement and oversee rigorous surveillance of workforce activities, utilizing advanced statistical sampling, audit, and observation techniques to evaluate compliance with policies and contractual requirements. Contribute to the development and refinement of standard operating procedures, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Execute monthly center Personal Identifiable Information audits to verify compliance with Board/Equus policies, safeguarding sensitive data. Serve as a authoritative resource for policy clarification and provide essential technical support to center staff, ensuring consistent application of regulations. Participate in financial audits, with a focus on support services and worksite agreement contracts, to maintain fiscal integrity. Develop, review, and update quality improvement plan items, driving continuous enhancement of operational standards. Coordinate and actively participate in a minimum of five Administrative Quality Committee meetings annually, fostering a culture of excellence. Deliver comprehensive feedback to management regarding areas requiring improvement, and formulate strategic corrective action recommendations in weekly reports to the Project Director. Diligently monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented corrective action plans, ensuring sustained improvement. Maintain a meticulous client complaint log and ensure prompt responses to clients within 24 hours of initial contact, upholding the highest standards of customer service. Establish and implement corrective action plans with urgency and precision. For Outreach and Admission (OA):
Conduct thorough evaluations of applicant files submitted for Quality Control, ensuring strict compliance with PRH and Data Integrity guidelines. Oversee the assignment of applicant files to centers in the Boston Region GAP, maintaining optimal resource allocation. Perform comprehensive OA file and case note audits to ensure completeness and accuracy. Rigorously follow up on files pending approval or requiring additional documentation.
For Career Transition Services (CTS):
Meticulously evaluate placement files submitted for approval in Quality Control, ensuring full adherence to PRH standards. Conduct thorough employer contact for Job Verifications and Quality Control, maintaining the integrity of placement data. Execute comprehensive CTS file and case note audits to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations. Perform detailed transition check audits to verify the accuracy of reported outcomes. Conduct in-depth case file/record reviews to ensure all regulatory requirements are met without exception.
Compile and submit weekly QA reports in a timely and accurate manner, providing critical insights for continuous improvement. Manage the compilation, organization, and filing of office activities, business transactions, and other pertinent records with utmost precision. Actively engage in center and departmental meetings, contributing valuable insights and promoting a culture of excellence. Qualifications
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in quality management, data analysis, or related field; or equivalent combination of experience and training. Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality and Project Management, focusing on quality assurance audits and improvement plans. Technical Skills And Knowledge
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data manipulation. In-depth understanding of quality assurance procedures and relevant workforce development regulations. Comprehensive knowledge of eligibility determination processes and filing procedures. Critical Skills And Attributes
Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Superior written and verbal communication skills. Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of data integrity.
