**Position Summary**Create, modify, and repair trollies, work station tables, hand rails, platforms, computer stands, material supply racks, safety guards, etc. 5S cables and wires throughout the plant.**Role and Responsibilities**LEVEL 1
-- Temporarily fill in for critical positions across the production floor
-- Assist production in daily tasks
-- Knowledge of tools, systems, and machine sequences for complete cycle
-- Cross-train, and assist other teammates
-- Modify the work stations
-- Explain process and correct work methods to associates
-- Uses cutting saws
-- Volunteer to work on weekend (if needed)
-- All other duties as assigned
LEVEL 2
-- All level 1 job duties
-- The ability to make timely decisions and provide feedback to others
-- Creative thinking to develop ideas to improve efficiency
-- Detect and define the equipment issues clearly
-- Ability to design and build needed materials
-- Troubleshoot, reboot, and recovery

-- Basic knowledge and understanding of welding

2. Knowledge:
+ Understand the assembly process
+ Know how to use mechanical/electrical tools
+ Must be able to speak, read, and write English
+ Basic aptitude and knowledge about assembly, repairs, welding, and safety
3. Skills:
+ Good organizational skills, team play and work efficiently are required
+ Trouble shooting, multi-tasking, screwing, cutting, assembling
+ Welding
+ Ability to read and understand manufacturing instructions
+ The ability to make timely decisions and provide feedback to others
+ Have a strong desire for personal and professional development
+ Creative thinking to develop ideas to improve efficiency
+ All employees for all positions must be able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 35 lbs.
4. Physical requirement:
+ The ability to stand up for 8 - 10 hours a day required
+ The ability to bend, stoop, grip, reach and lift up to 35 lbs. on a repetitive basis

+ Must be able to work on equipment in awkward positions
