Run production machines with precision and purpose Trim, inspect, and pack parts to spec — your stamp of quality Keep accurate records of what you produce Communicate with your team to keep shifts running smoothly Keep your area clean, organized, and safe What It Takes
Previous manufacturing experience preferred Stand and move for 8-hour shifts Use hand tools like cutters and knives Forklift experience is a plus Lift to 35 lbs regularly A sharp eye for detail — quality matters Solid communication and a team-player attitude Ability to pass pre-employment screening Why You'll Love It
