Ballet Dance Instructor – Youth & Adult Classes (Part-Time)

Christie Cali Dance Connection is seeking a passionate and experienced Ballet Dance Instructor to join our team for the 2025–2026 season. This part‑time position focuses on teaching ballet technique to students ages 9 and up, including adult beginners and pointe‑level dancers.
We pride ourselves on offering a structured, encouraging, and individualized ballet program where every dancer is supported in reaching their full potential.
Schedule & Class Times: Start Date: September 8, 2025 Location: Milford, MA (In‑Person)
Mondays:
Pointe / Pointe Prep (Ages 12+) – 6:30–8:00 PM
Tuesdays:
Intermediate Ballet (Ages 12+) – 6:15–7:30 PM
Beginner Adult Ballet (Ages 18+) – 7:30–8:30 PM
Thursdays:
Beginner Ballet (Ages 9–11) – 5:15–6:00 PM
Intermediate Ballet (Ages 11–14) – 6:00–7:00 PM
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Proven experience teaching ballet to beginner through advanced levels
✔ Comfortable teaching pointe technique
✔ Strong class management and age‑appropriate instructional skills
✔ Previous choreography experience
✔ Enthusiastic, dependable, and positive teaching style
Bonus if you have:
Background in multiple styles (jazz, lyrical, etc.)
Experience working with both youth and adults
Compensation & Details: Pay: $30–$32 per hour (based on experience) Job Type: Part‑time Must be able to commute to: Milford, MA 01757
