Job Specifications
Starting Wage: $20.00/hr – $22.19/hr (including tips for tipped positions)
Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2025/2026
Shift Type: Full Time hours available
Minimum Age: 18 years or older

Job Responsibilities
Prompt delivery of members’ skis to their snow locations
Transport skis from car valet to the ski area
Organize skis needed for each day/week
Maintain up‑to‑date inventory of all equipment
Deliver and retrieve ski tunes and document accordingly
Arrive on time, in uniform, and ready to work by 7:30 a.m.
Present a professional demeanor when discussing the club
Maintain confidentiality of member information
Handle guest complaints and questions calmly and respectfully
Multi‑task and greet members by name, engaging in conversation
Remain present at the tent throughout the day to monitor members
Assist with member requests and keep the area clean
Conduct “sweeps” of the club, restrooms, and lounge to keep them tidy
Assist the F&B team with daily services
Fill in at the front desk when necessary
Job Requirements
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multitasked environment with high‑profile members
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to be on time, in uniform, and ready by 7:30 a.m.
Strength to lift 50 lbs and move large rolling racks of skis safely
Willingness and ability to work outside in winter conditions
Flexible and willing to step in and help with club operations when needed
Knowledge of ski and snowboard equipment
Previous guest service experience
